We use the US Postal Service as a standard shipping source.  If your preference is FedEx please make a note in the COMMENTS area of your order.  Let us know if you want Ground, 3-day, 2-day, or standard overnight.  What ever method you choose mention if  you want additional insurance above the insurance that may be provided from the shipping company.

You can choose which method is best for you when you complete your order.  We will add the freight and any handling charge to your total.  Once we have received authorization from your credit card company or recieve a Check or Money Order we will complete the processing of your order and ship ASAP.  Generally, in stock product will ship within 24 hrs.

If you ever need to return a product, call and talk to us about the problem BEFORE sending anything back.  We will issue a return authorization to you that will need to be included with the product.  We will give additional instructions when you call.
